About SHG Training

Creating confident women leaders and entrepreneurs

Women’s empowerment is central to sustainable development. Through our Self-Help Groups Training Programme, we equip women with financial literacy, entrepreneurship skills, digital banking knowledge, bookkeeping, leadership development, and livelihood training. The programme supports women in establishing income-generating activities, improving household income, strengthening Self-Help Groups, and achieving long-term financial independence.

SATHYA works closely with rural and urban women by organizing practical training programmes that encourage savings, entrepreneurship, income generation, and community leadership for long-term social and economic development.
